Training Block 25/4/13 + PMC last 28 days
I am aiming to repeat this workout daily if possible.
It includes intervals at level 4 and level 5.
If the workout seems to become easier e.g. the heart rate goes lower for the intervals or perception is lower then it may time to increase the load by a few % as fitness improves.
I intend to modify the intervals on a fortnightly basis to keep things fairly fresh.
5 x 5minute intervals @ 234 watts Difficulty Rating 6.5/10 HR 143 - 153
4 x 2minute intervals @ 310 watts Difficulty Rating 9.5/10 HR 157 - 160
