2 x Training sessions

First session was a thorough warmup and then this



which is a 6 minute interval of 'hell'. A high % over threshold for six minutes.
If this interval does not hurt then :
a) you have improved and threshold needs raising
b) you have been just too lazy and not paying attention to the numbers!

I could not actually repeat the interval.

FTP

Today's FTP test:

 

It has resulted in a higher FTP but ropey pacing performance - could be better iow

8 day training block from tomorrow.
