Interval Training Workout

I designed this workout to push myself very hard to complete 6 intervals of 4 minutes duration.
The final interval displayed the intensity was pretty bang on as it was a struggle to complete and it would have been too much for any additional interval.
This adheres to Coggan and Allen's interval to exhaustion table when power for intervals between 3 and 5 minutes drops off by 8% or so

 

Just have to repeat this workout 3 times per week with enough rest in between as it is a stressful routine with working vo2 max to that level.
The aim is to  condition my body to withstand a particular stress found in road racing.
