Less than 10 minutes of not very nice...

To complete a MAP (maximal aerobic power) test is a misnomer.
You never complete it.
You fall off a cliff.
My cliff lasted 8 minutes.

FTP based on 77% of the 341 watts = 262  which is about on the money.
I will repeat the MAP test every week as the test is very time economical and the results are a good reflection of ability and fitness.
