Latter part of the season

To be honest, I just know that this year was going to be very difficult in terms of remaining positive when racing.
On a positive note, my 25 mile TT was done under standard in 1:09:47.
Pain throughout this ordeal of threshold riding and a collapse of la fringale with a mile to go just meant a lack of experience in pacing for a 25. 

 Cold wet races just do not suit! This was a race where I finished top 6 last year and this time round got dropped inside the first 3 miles and climbed off in disgust.
