Your Workouts for Monday, September 09
Workout #1: Recovery DayType: Day Off
Description: Actively focus on recovery today: 1) stay off of legs all you can, 2) watch nutrition closely (healthy carbs, lean protein, and good fats), 3) stretch, and 4) drink when thirsty. Other common recovery aids include massage, napping, elevating legs, floating in water, and listening to music.
I don't have a cat in hells chance of a top 6 placing within my category and in fact it is going to be a severe test of fitness to actually stay with the race as the D's are with the C's.
I do intend it to be a safe and enjoyable test however.
