Championship Race t minus 1

I am not feeling 100% at all today. Just a general feeling of lethargy although I managed 45 minutes of pretty unenthusiastic spin.
I will try an hour on the race bike later to check it out and do a few short sprint bursts.
CTL has dropped 4 points over this 'taper' week but freshness is still off the menu

 

The version of PMC from Golden Cheetah (contains more historical data) shows a more positive TSB.

 I am not sure it makes any difference as to what number as the trend line is similar.
