Training : 22nd March 2013







This updated version of 'Revolver' is as damned near impossible as ever.
Well, to complete it at 100% of FTP it feels like a brick wall marching towards you and smacking you in the face , legs and lungs. Why bother with the video as after 3 intervals the only thing you are looking at is the top tube of your bike.

Talking of TOP END power, this is rather well put as a reply to someone who wanted more oomph in their sprinting but basically is not lacking power but just race technique and a bit of craftiness at the end of a race.
