Sunday 10th March

The return of the cold and wet prompted me back onto the turbo trainer this weekend.
Indoor training does not have the same ptency of road riding but a hard focussed session can promote development and training stress.
On Saturday it was a 2 x 20 session with the first 20 block conducted threshold or close to it (using heart rate).
Today I did the Sufferfest video "The Hunted" .
The result is a fairly tired feeling in the legs so an additional spin session later today will help recovery.

The scales this morning showed a weight of 162lbs despite a large meal yesterday evening.

24th March 60 mile  Cheshire Cat

31st March Stone Wheelers Road Race - Swynnerton Army Camp Circuit
