2 weeks since my last race that finished prematurely for me.
Tomorrow is the TLI Liverpool Mercury Bickerstaffe road race which I hope at least to finish.
I am taking this day as complete rest as much as possible even though I am working a late shift. I have given up on hoping for a 'result' and just aiming for a competent performance as best as I can give.
