Zone 2 Training

The previous post underscored the immense value of Zone 2 work in enhancing the body's response to lactate.
In order to ensure valuable Zone 2 work, the rollers were brought into action.
Not only do rollers actively promote core muscle action , the lesser resistance enhances correct zonal work but allowing good cadence control.
