10 Minutes of Hell

No good will come of idleness so November can be a good place to put yourself under the hammer for 10 minutes ir so of hell or a MAP test in other words.

One minute increments of 25 watts until you 'fail'.
Simple.
You can use the result to create training zones based on that final figure.
